- What is the difference between the trial versions and the full fonts?
- The trial versions are missing some basic characters and have no extended characters. The full versions have a complete character set

- Do your pixel fonts work with flash?
- Yes they do! They also work on photoshop, fireworks, and any text-editing or graphics program. If you need more information on working with flash, please visit out guide to using pixel fonts.

- How do I buy fonts?
- You can add all the fonts you want to your shopping cart. You can view the contents of your credit cards at any time by clicking on the "View cart" button. When you're done shopping, you can click on the "Secure Checkout" button. You will then be taken to a page where you can input your personal and credit card details. After the payment is complete, you may download the fonts.

- How do I know my payment is secure?
- The payments are all processed through Paypal, one of the leading online payment companies. You will notice during your payment that the address begins with https://, and your browser will display an indication that the page is secure. Your information will not be shared or used for any other purpose. If you have any other security concerns, you can visit the Paypal Security Center or contact me through the form below

- How will I receive my fonts?
- You will be able to download them immediately after your payment is complete. You will also receive an email confirmation which will contain a download link which will expire within 24 hours. Make sure you have your spam filters set to accept emails from fonts @ pixilate.com.

- Can I use Pixilate free fonts for commercial projects?
- Yes you can. For the full terms of use please see the font licence. If you use a font, let me now so I can add it to the font showcase.

- My pixel fonts are blurry!
- Please check that you are following the pixel font guide. There are downloadable files that will help you use your fonts exactly as intended. If you still have problems, please contact me through the form below.
